Licensing Guide and SKUs

Zerto ECE is priced per protected VM and offers convenient options to purchase in volume-based license packs or on a per VM basis.

Zerto Advanced Resilience Edition (ARE) is priced per protected VM.

Zerto Migration License is per protected VM. Migration licenses are valid for 6 months from date of order fulfillment.

Maintenance and support are required for all perpetual licenses. Premium support is standard, which provides 24x7 access to a dedicated support specialist, or standard which provides 9 am - 5 pm phone and email support. Additionally, multi-year discounting is available for customers looking for more than a single year term. Please refer to the full Support Services guide for complete terms.

The terms of the Warranty are limited to the remedies as set forth in this Warranty. This warranty is provided in lieu of all other rights, conditions and warranties. Zerto makes no other express or implied warranty with respect to the software, hardware, products, documentation or Zerto support, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of third-party rights.
