NVIDIA virtual GPU software runs on NVIDIA Tesla GPUs based on the NVIDIA Volta, NVIDIA Pascal™, and NVIDIA Maxwell™ GPU architectures, making it the only solution on the market that meets the performance needs of all enterprise users. This includes everyone from the most demanding designers and engineers to knowledge workers. Solution Overview

There are three NVIDIA virtual GPU software options to choose from. The license is dependent on the how the end users access their applications or what applications they are running in their remote desktop session.

1. NVIDIA GRID vApps license is for remoted applications

Products like Citrix XenApp, or other RDSH solutions like VMware Horizon Apps, Microsoft RemoteFX, or Microsoft RDP.

2. NVIDIA GRID vPC license is for license is for virtual desktops delivering standard PC apps, browser, and multimedia.

3. NVIDIA Quadro vDWS license is for professional graphics applications; and includes an NVIDIA Quadro driver.

NVIDIA virtual GPU software is required for users that are leveraging NVIDIA Tesla M6, M10, M60, P4, P6, P40, P100, and V100 GPUs in a virtual GPU deployment.

Service and Support for NVIDIA products are provided directly by NVIDA. For any support and generic queries please visit the NVIDIA customer support portal at http://www.nvidia.com/object/support.html. NVIDIA licensors service delivery organization will be responsible for responding with a call, assigning a severity level to the call, and determining the service Severity Level acceptable to Hewlett Packard Enterprise customer. The support request will be processed by NVIDIA in accordance with the Severity Level agreed upon.
