HPE Complete AntemetA 3PAR Solution

AntemetA 3PAR Vision has been developed by Hewlett Packard Enterprise Partner, AntemetA, to assist storage administrators and IT management to easily display and analyze essential information regarding their HPE StoreServ environment. 

With its real-time performance monitoring feature and customized reporting, 3PAR Vision allows administrators to plan capacity upgrades and optimize available space. It is an easy-to-use and intuitive tool that enables tracking and isolation of performance issues in data centers, and application oriented HPE 3PAR based environments. 

It complements the HPE StoreServ Management Console (SSMC) by offering the following key features:

• Allows viewing real-time capacity usage and trends with a high degree of accuracy
• Monitors multiple HPE 3PAR arrays on one screen
• Provides relevant activity data around tiering efficiency, top talkers/consumers
• Allows customization of the interface
• Offers a responsive interface with data cached locally

Service and Support

Service and Support for the 3PAR Vision product is provided directly by AntemetA. When The Hewlett Packard Enterprise customer requires support for 3PAR Vision, The Hewlett Packard Enterprise customer can contact AntemetA at

supportvision@AntemetA.com. AntemetA's licensors service delivery organization will be responsible for responding with a call, assigning a Severity Level to the call, and determining the service Severity Level acceptable to The Hewlett Packard Enterprise customer. The support request will be processed by AntemetA in accordance with the Severity Level agreed upon.

Warranty Information

HPE Complete partner AntemetA warrants their products commencing from the date of shipment to Customer and continuing for a period of the longer of (a) ninety (90) days or (b) the warranty period (if any) expressly set forth as applicable specifically to software, in the warranty card accompanying the product of which the Software is a part.

This limited warranty extends only to the Software purchased from HPE by a Customer who is the first registered end user.     Customer's sole and exclusive remedy and the entire liability of AntemetA and its suppliers under this limited warranty will be (i) replacement of defective media and/or (ii) at AntemetA's option, repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price of the Software, in both cases subject to the condition that any error or defect constituting a breach of this limited warranty is reported to AntemetA, within the warranty period. AntemetA may, at its option, require return of the Software and/or Documentation as a condition to the remedy.

Restrictions

This warranty does not apply if the Software, Product or any other equipment upon which the Software is authorized to be used (a) has been altered, except by AntemetA or its authorized representative, (b) has not been installed, operated, repaired, or maintained in accordance with instructions supplied by AntemetA, (c) has been subjected to abnormal physical or electrical stress, abnormal environmental conditions, misuse, negligence, or accident; or (d) is licensed for beta, evaluation, testing or demonstration purposes. The Software warranty also does not apply to (e) any temporary Software modules; (f) any Software not posted on AntemetA's Software Center; (g) any Software that AntemetA expressly provides on an "AS IS" basis on AntemetA's Software Center; (h) any Software for which Hewlett Packard Enterprise does not receive a license fee; and (i) Software supplied by any third party which is not an Approved Source.

NOTE: An "approved source" means (a) Antemeta; or (b) a distributor or systems integrator authorized by Antemeta to distribute / sell antemeta equipment, software and services within your territory to end users; or (c) a reseller authorized by any such distributor or systems integrator in accordance with the terms of the distributor's agreement with antemeta to distribute / sell the antemeta equipment, software and services within your territory to end users.
