In Addition to enhanced scale-up performance, HPE Foundation Software features remote services enabling HPE MCS system the ability to, alert Hewlett Packard Enterprise when changes or errors occur. Additional utilities included help manage the logging of events and Hardware configuration.

For licensed customers, HPE Foundation software and documentation may be downloaded from the HPE Support Center

System Foundation Software 2.14 consists of software packages specifically designed to ensure the smooth operation of the HPE Integrity MC990 X server. Version 2.14 or later is required for systems running with Intel® Xeon® Processor E7 v4 family.

Operating System Support

HPE Foundation software is supported on Red Hat® Enterprise Linux® (RHEL) Advanced Server 6.6, 6.7, 7 (through release 7.3), SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) 11, 12 (through SP3) and Oracle Linux 7.1, 7.2.

Hardware Requirements

HPE Foundation Software is supported on HPE MC990 X servers.
