Warranty

This product is covered by a global limited warranty and supported by HPE Services and a worldwide network of HPE Authorized Channel Partners resellers. Hardware diagnostic support and repair are available for three years from the date of purchase. Support for software and initial setup is available for 90 days (or about 3 months) from the date of purchase. Enhancements to warranty services are available through HPE Services operational services or customized service agreements. Hard drives have either a one year or three-year warranty; refer to the specific hard drive QuickSpecs for details.

 

Notes: Server Warranty includes 3-Year Parts, 3-Year Labor, and 3-Year Onsite support with next business day response. Warranty repairs may be done through Customer Self Repair (CSR) parts. These parts fall into two categories: 1) Mandatory CSR parts are designed for easy replacement. A travel and labor charge will result when customers decline to replace a Mandatory CSR part; 2) Optional CSR parts are also designed for easy replacement but may involve added complexity. HPE ProLiant DL145 supports a quiet acoustics operating mode designed for noise-sensitive environments. This mode is enabled through an acoustics optimization trigger SKU, which constrains option selection to ensure operation within the available cooling capacity while meeting acoustic targets.

- -5°C - 50°C/23°F-122°F, or

- -5°C - 55°C/23°F-131°F.

    • The HPE ProLiant DL145 Gen11 High Temperature Support FIO Configuration trigger SKU must also be selected.

The European Union Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive [EU WEEE] (2002/95/EC) requires manufacturers to provide treatment information for each product type for use by treatment facilities. This information (product disassembly instructions) is posted on the Hewlett Packard Enterprise website. These instructions may be used by recyclers and other WEEE treatment facilities as well as Hewlett Packard Enterprise OEM customers who integrate and re-sell Hewlett Packard Enterprise equipment.
