Helion OpenStack Carrier Grade offers customers a simplified per-server pricing, packaging, and licensing structure to enable customers to standardize on a single platform across their mission-critical datacenters. Licenses include 24x7 support, as well as the rights to all of the latest Carrier Grade releases while the subscription is in place. Notice that the software license is perpetual, and the software can be used as is without support after the first year. No support, fixes, or upgrade are provided without the support purchase.

Foundation Care

Foundation Care support provides easy access to HPE resources. With 24x7 service level, customers can submit cases to HPE electronically through the HP Support Center portal or by calling HPE directly.

• With 24x7 support, HPE will respond to received cases within 2 hours. This coverage applies 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. 

HPE Helion OpenStack Carrier Grade (HCG) is supported by HPE Cloud Center of Excellence and NFV masters, providing troubleshooting, advice, and assistance. The Cloud CoE and NFV Masters team are a virtual team located around the world, available 24x7. The Cloud CoE is highly trained in areas of OpenStack technology, virtualization, converged infrastructure, and complex solution interoperability. If a problem requires R&D resources, the CoE and NFV Masters work directly with the product engineering teams as they investigate the issue. In addition to the Foundation Care support bundled with HCG product, HPE offers a complete portfolio of support services, customer training, and professional services.
