Foundation Care support for these products provides easy access to HPE resources. With a 24x7 service level, customers can submit cases to HPE electronically through the HPE Support Center portal or by calling HPE directly.

• With 24x7 support, HPE will respond to received cases within 2 hours. This coverage applies 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. 

HPE Helion OpenStack products are supported by HPE's Cloud Center of Excellence, providing troubleshooting, advice and assistance. The Cloud CoE is a virtual team located around the world, available 24x7 (depending on the service level purchased). The Cloud CoE is highly trained in areas of OpenStack technology, virtualization, converged infrastructure, and complex solution interoperability. If a problem requires R&D resources, the CoE works directly with the product engineering teams as they investigate the issue.

HPE Datacenter Care. In addition to the Foundation Care support bundled with HPE Helion OpenStack products, HPE offers a complete portfolio of support services, customer training and professional services. HPE Datacenter Care is HPE's most customizable support service that can accommodate HPE and multivendor equipment and software across a complete datacenter. Datacenter Care customers benefit from an assigned account team, faster response time and a rich set of proactive deliverables to ensure your environment is maintained for optimal performance.

Parts and Materials

Hewlett Packard Enterprise will provide HPE-supported replacement parts and materials necessary to maintain the covered hardware product in operating condition, including parts and materials for available and recommended engineering improvements.

Parts and components that have reached their maximum supported lifetime and/or the maximum usage limitations as set forth in the manufacturer's operating manual, product quick-specs, or the technical product data sheet will not be provided, repaired, or replaced as part of these services.

The defective media retention service feature option applies only to Disk or eligible SSD/Flash Drives replaced by Hewlett Packard Enterprise due to malfunction.
