Basic, which provides 9x5 business hour availability and a 2-hour response time. Hewlett Packard Enterprise provides an extensive selection of features in the HPE Alletra Block Storage for Azure OS software, including Remote replication between across hybrid cloud deployments, Snapshots with virtual lock, enhanced storage efficiencies with deduplication and compression, thin provisioning etc. - HPE Alletra Block Storage for Azure includes a subscription to HPE Alletra for Block Storage Software and HPE Support SaaS, that contains all-inclusive software features for the specified raw capacity and term, and it enables cloud-based management of the array from the HPE Data Services Cloud Console and access to data services., and related supports - One (1) HPE Alletra Block Storage for Azure Software and Support SaaS SKU must be selected per TB of Storage solution. | |

Support Choose HPE Services Tech Care to experience the new operational service for HPE products. For HPE Alletra Block Storage for Azure, HPE Services Tech Care is available and included in the above SKU in Essential response level. Essential provides Expert response within 30 minutes of a critical incident.

Step 2: Choose the minimum capacity commit. Next step is to select the minimum capacity commit required. Currently the offer is available at a minimum raw capacity commit of 15 TB. Please reach out to your HPE representative for additional capacity offerings. The SKUs available are per TB SKUs (Minimum commit of 1 TB per SKU count). Add the number of SKUs which add up to the min. capacity commit value required. | |

Customer responsibilities - Responsible for the connectivity to the platform, the administration, and the management of the data/objects - Site readiness - Cloud service provider Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) - Volume creation and administration - Setting up data resilience and remote replication - Applying recommended software updates and security patches - Data monitoring - Initiate order of additional capacity beyond total capacity subscribed - Initiate renewal of subscription at end of term - Ensure the SAN composed on Azure is supported and compliant with HPE recommendations and best practices.
